This was a great cabin up near Lassen. A big box store wouldn’t install his flooring because the floor was not very level. We did some grinding of high spots and poured some floor leveler and got it done! Owner is going to do his own drywall and paint.

After we were done, he asked us to replace all the plumbing. That was really fun haha. There were crazy pipes under the house. Old brass valves and stuff just going everywhere. We removed the old stuff and installed all new Pex plumbing and insulated everything. We included a nifty whole house drain function for both the cold and hot water systems that will prevent freezing pipes during the cold winters when nobody is there.
